Leeds United have confirmed four major boardroom changes at Elland Road this week, Football Insider can reveal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Whites filed four new submissions to Companies House<\/a> on Thursday (12 October) that included three terminations and one new appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sandro Mencucci, Massimo Marinelli and Andrea Radrizzani have all had their positions on the Leeds board terminated, while Rudolph Cline-Thomas has been assigned as a new director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the four Companies House filings were submitted on 12 October, their terminations date back to the 25 September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cline-Thomas joined Leeds in the summer as the new vice-chairman following the club\u2019s takeover from 49ers Enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has previously worked closely with Paraag Marathe – the president of the 49ers\u2019 Enterprises who has succeeded Radrizzani as chairman at Leeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leeds is not Cline-Thomas\u2019 first venture into football investment, with the US businessman also a co-owner of the Hapoel Tel Aviv Football Club in Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The four new changes at boardroom level represent a busy summer of transition for the Yorkshire club following the \u00a3170million takeover deal with the 49ers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite Radrizzani\u2019s removal as director at Leeds, he remains the majority shareholder of Elland Road\u2019s parent company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As revealed by Football Insider<\/strong> on Tuesday (10 October), <\/strong>the 49ers\u2019 have begun the process of buying stakes in Elland Road but are still only minority shareholders<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, Leeds are still paying \u00a31.7million per year in rent payment towards Radrizzani in order to use Elland Road as their home stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
