But I see what they are saying in this piece. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Tottenham think Alfie is on this trajectory and they don&#8217;t want to loan him out until he has done three consecutive seasons with the club. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;That makes him homegrown and a club affiliated player, that is especially vital for European competitions as you need four of them in your squad. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Those players are hard to come by. At the moment those players are Tanganga, Kane, Winks and soon to be Skipp. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;That will be useful.
